The first of its kind in the state of Illinois.....
Natural Hairstylist, Locticians, and the supporters of reclaiming
and maintaining this cultural art form, that is rightfully ours, are
banning together!
In Illinois Braiders/locticians/Natural Hairstylist are being forced
to obtain 1500hrs of unrelated skills under cosmetology
requirements.
Braiding and naturally arranging our hair, without the aid of
harmful chemicals, is a cultural art form passed down
generations from our ancestors.
We need your support to prevent this from happening and to
also create our own standard of requirements.
We are offering free membership to the first 150 participates. We
ask nothing of you other than your support. Included in this
membership:
*Access to a listing of Braiders/Locticians/Natural hairstylist in
Illinois
*Discounts and promotional information on upcoming events,
such as, workshops(learn to maintain your own hair and other
techniques), Natural Haircare shows and expos.
