What products are you using on your locs?

1. Heavy cream conditioners are a big 'no no'!

Consider spray leave-in cinditioners like, Aphogee's spray leave'-in conditioner Hot oil treatments are a great way to revitalize and moisturize your locs.

2. You don't need gel! Consider after shampooing with diluted sulfate-free shampoo, moisturizing with essential oils, like almond, olive oil, vitamin E, Jajoabo, coconut, aloe vera, etc., followed by emulsified shea butter blend for styling.

3. If your experiencing thinning or breakage, its ok to trim your locs down. For mature locs, in some cases, the weight of your locs can be a contributor to thining.

4. Can you unravel locs? Its a intensely tedious process, but it can be done. Two things to consider once embarking on this process is that. you will not retain full length or original density of your hair. It can, however, be restored over time.
